The End Result Is What Matters

Remodeled Gym Floor  - Proper Preparation Guarantees The Best End Result...
Warping, splitting and deteriorating gym floor. Originally built in 1973, this gym floor was in need of a full replacement.

But as work began, the contractor discovered the concrete sub floor was not level. Construction also revealed water damage in isolated areas. To install the new gym floor over this damaged subfloor, without proper floor leveling, surely would result in failure at some point.

So of course there was no other option but to level the concrete slab, with a cement based floor leveling underlayment compound. This type of concrete resurfacing system provides a smooth, flat and hard surface, and ensures the proper function of any type of flooring. What fantastic results on this project!
