Concrete Floor Leveling for New Construction? Yes, It's Often Needed...

House Concrete Foundation Floor Leveling
Unfortunately new concrete construction is not always what it should be- that is where we can help. Many times a new concrete foundation slab just does not "come up to spec" in terms of flatness or levelness and will require resurfacing in order to make the foundation slab level and ready for the new floor coverings.

Covalt was recently called out to a project for just this reason. Once the framing contractor was on site and as he began working, his framing revealed an unlevel slab. while he managed to adjust his workmanship the general contractor was still in need of Covalt Floor Leveling to smooth and level the concrete subfloor. This type of foundation repair in a new construction setting is very common to us, and our Applications Group has just the self leveling underlayment system for the right repair.

If for any reason you cannot install flooring such as hardwood, carpet or tile because your subfloor is uneven, not smooth, or otherwise cracked and damaged, we have the concrete solution. Covalt Floor Leveling has been repairing foundation floors in Southern California for over 28 years. (949) 496-3528
